These terms cover your use of the FreelanceDesk website and its free tools, published by LYGENEX Labs ("we", "us"). The mobile app has its own terms inside the app. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. The free tools

The invoice and quotation generators let you create PDF documents in your browser. Each verified account can download 2 invoices and 2 quotations for free each calendar month. We may change the free limit or the tools at any time.

2. Your content is your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of every document you create, including prices, tax, dates and legal wording. The tools help you format documents. They do not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Check the rules that apply to you or ask a professional.

3. Your account

Keep your password private. You must give a real email address that you control. Creating several accounts to get around the free limit, or trying to bypass the limit by technical means, is not allowed, and we may close accounts that do.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to break the law, to create misleading or fraudulent documents, to attack or overload the service, or to copy it or its code in bulk.

5. Availability

We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. The tools are provided "as is".

6. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost data, or other losses that come from using the website or the documents you make with it.

7. Our content

The website, its design and its articles belong to LYGENEX Labs. Your documents belong to you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
